Asset and Project Finance Lawyer

Frankfurt

A market leading private practice has enlisted our support in their search for an Asset and Project Finance Associate for their Frankfurt office. We had a great discussion with the hiring partner about this position and look forward to assisting you throughout the application process.

 

You will be involved in a broad range of asset finance work, from aviation finance to some rail finance and even structured investment products. You will also be exposed to financial project insolvency issues as well as general project and corporate M&A work.

 

From our conversations with the hiring partner, the key draws of this job include:

  • Quality of work. You will be doing the highest quality aviation finance work in the market.
  • Collegiate office. The team is friendly and work closely with the London office.
  • Remuneration and progression. Our client pays near the top end of the market and has great career prospects.

 

You will be common law qualified, with England & Wales qualified lawyers having an advantage. Due to the complexity of the work, you will need to be 2+ PQE. A background in Asset Finance is highly desirable but lawyers with a broader finance experience will be considered.

Contentious Energy, Construction and Infrastructure Lawyer

A well-established international law practice has enlisted our support to grow their contentious Oil & Gas Practice in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level oil and gas associate to join an award-winning team, in a growing area of practice. The team has a broad range of legal capabilities, which include construction, infrastructure and energy law.

You will be working on construction and engineering disputes in adjudication, litigation and arbitration.

You will be joining a small and well-run team with a collegiate atmosphere. The hiring partner is well-regarded and receives instructions from leading project sponsors. 

The work regularly involves a broad range of some of the worlds leading energy companies, developers and project financiers on some of the highest value transactions and renewable energy projects in the UK and advising major players for power projects in Europe, Africa and South America.

The key draws of this job include:

  • Quality of Work. You will be working with the London team on the very latest and highest quality renewable energy projects transactions.

Our services have been retained by a leading international law firm in their search for an experienced lawyer for their construction practice here in London.

 

This is a rare opportunity to work with a driven, dynamic and inclusive practice, advising leading businesses, financial institutions, and government entities on some of the biggest construction projects in the world.

 

Your main scope of work will involve Power Projects, with a focus on renewable energy. You will also be exposed to some real estate development, transport infrastructure and restructuring work.

 

From speaking with the hiring partner, the key draws of this job include:

Banking & Finance Lawyer

Wadkins Associates is supporting an established International Law firm as they look to grow their Banking & Finance Practice in Frankfurt, Germany.

You will be advising financial institutions, funds, private equity investors and other market players in a variety of cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged, acquisition, bank/ bond and real estate financings and restructurings.
