Real Estate Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are partnering with an elite US law firm to support the growth of its Real Estate Finance practice in London.

This top-tier firm is highly regarded for its strength in complex real estate financings, advising leading private equity sponsors, investment managers, and financial institutions on high-value, often cross-border transactions. With a strong global platform and deep ties to the real estate and private capital markets, the firm is regularly involved in some of the most significant deals in the market.

The opportunity sits within the firm’s Real Estate Finance group, where you will advise on both sponsor and lender-side mandates. You will work with private equity real estate sponsors, funds, and developers, as well as banks, debt funds, and alternative lenders, on a broad range of transactions including acquisition financings, development financings, refinancings, and portfolio-level deals.

The work is typically international in scope and involves a variety of asset classes, including commercial, residential, logistics, and hospitality.

We are keen to speak with England & Wales or other common law qualified lawyers with 2–5 years’ PQE and experience in real estate finance or broader banking & finance with real estate exposure.
