Wadkins Associates are working with a highly reputable P&I club to assist in their search for a Junior Claims Executive to join their London team. 


The company has a strong reputation across the maritime industry, and they insure a diverse range of charterers and shipowners. As a Claims Executive, you would be the first port of call for all claims and provide quality P&I cover for their international membership. 

The position requires a strong knowledge of shipping related incidents, with the role assuming responsibility for handling P&I claims.

FD&D Claims Executive

Wadkins Associates are assisting a renowned P&I Club with their search for an FD&D Claims Executive. 

They are a leading club within the FD&D space and are seeking an experienced junior lawyer to join their team. They are known for delivering exceptional cover and commercial advice to their established membership.  

You will work on a variety of FD&D claims, including bills of lading, letters of indemnity and sale and purchase contracts. This role will be entirely remote, meaning you can work from anywhere in the UK. You will be able to work independently on your own claims and get stuck into a great deal of quality work.

Wadkins Associates are working with an established IG club to assist them with their search for a Senior Claims Executive in Piraeus. 

The Club is a leading P&I insurer and deliver exceptional cover and commercial advice to their membership. This is a prime opportunity to join an expanding team and be exposed to a breadth of high-quality work. You will join a great team of friendly and collaborative people and work directly with owners to provide in-depth cover.  

The team handles both P&I and FD&D claims on behalf of a variety of shipowner members. You will work on a variety of disputes, meaning no day will ever be the same.

Shipping Litigation Associate

Wadkins Associates are working closely with a large International private practice firm to hire a Shipping Litigation Associate for one of their European offices. The team is known for their friendly culture creating an attractive work environment.

The role is in the shipping litigation team where they predominantly focus on dry shipping disputes such as charterparties and bills of lading. In addition, the partner also works on wider matters including shipbuilding and insurance disputes. The team advise a broad range of clients internationally, including ship owners and operators practicing wholly under English law.
