Wadkins Associates are working with a highly regarded law firm to support their search for a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate for their London office.

This opportunity sits within a well-established, expanding Real Estate Finance practice where the firm has built a strong reputation for advising leading financial institutions, funds, borrowers and investors across the UK and Europe. The environment offers lawyers the platform to work on complex, high-profile financings in both the investment and developing space.

You will advise clients on a broad spectrum of real estate finance transactions with a particular emphasis on lender-side mandates, through exposure to borrower-side work will also form part of the role. You will also be involved in drafting, negotiating and structuring deals while also taking a central role in managing transactions end-to-end.

We are keen to hear from England & Wales qualified solicitors with 5+ years PQE. A strong background in real estate finance is essential.

Structured Lending Associate

Wadkins Associates are working with a leading international law firm to assist their search for a Structured Lending Associate in London.

The firm are a top-tier legal practice with a broad international footprint. They combine a high-performance, client-focussed approach with a supportive, inclusive culture. Their Banking group is widely recognised in the market for advising on complex, cross-border financings.

The work will centre on high-quality, transaction-driven structured lending work on behalf of banks, debt funds, investment managers and private equity sponsors. You will work on fund financings, margin lending, bespoke credit solutions and special solutions lending, as well as other secured lending such as real estate finance and asset finance.
