Real Estate Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a prestigious international law firm to assist their search for a Senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer in London.

The firm is a globally recognised legal powerhouse, known for representing the world’s leading corporations, investment funds and financial institutions in complex, high-stakes transactions. The firm is constantly acknowledged by its clients as a trusted advisor, capable of delivering excellence across every deal.  

You will join the firm’s highly regarded banking & finance team. The work will be centred around structured real estate finance transactions, advising both lenders and sponsors.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 5-10 years PQE. A strong background in structured finance, particularly within real estate, is required. Experience acting for investors, banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients will be particularly advantageous.
