Wadkins Associates are working with a leading global law firm to assist in their search for a Derivatives and Structured Products Associate in London.

The firm are known for their exceptional breadth of practice, and their deep industry knowledge. With offices worldwide, they are uniquely positioned to deliver top-tier, business oriented legal advice.

The work will centre on advising complex derivatives and structured finance transactions. This will include the likes of establishing and updating on- and off-balance sheet structured products programs, securitised and OTC derivatives, structured repo and securities lending arrangements and repackagings.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 1-3 years PQE. A background in derivatives, structured products and debt capital markets is essential.
