Shipping Associate

Wadkins Associates are currently assisting a renowned shipping firm with their search for a junior to mid-level dry shipping lawyer.

The firm specialises in shipping and prides itself on its wealth of experience within the maritime sector. They are known for their well-established, highly profitable team of lawyers, who are keen to add a hard-working shipping solicitor to their ranks. They are recognised in the Legal 500 for their work within shipping and handle high-quality and complex disputes.

The work will focus on dry shipping matters, such as charterparty and demurrage contract disputes. You will advise on a breadth of top-quality cases and act on behalf of shipyards, charterers, and shipowners.

They are seeking an NQ to 4 PQE England & Wales qualified lawyer with a background in dry or wet shipping.
