Debt Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are working with a top international law firm to assist their search for a Debt Finance Associate.

The firm have a global reach and operate within every key financial market. They handle complex multijurisdictional transactions with major clients across the board and are recognised as leaders in the field.

You will cover the full spectrum of financing matters. This will include the likes of leveraged finance, project finance and capital markets. You will represent major banks on intricate matters, using your expertise to structure ground-breaking deals.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 2 to 4 years PQE. A background in banking is required. Experience within leveraged finance is ideal.
