Mid-Level Oil & Gas Associate

Wadkins Associates are partnering with a leading law firm to support their search for an Mid-Level Oil & Gas Associate in London.

The firm are a future-facing global practice with an extensive international footprint. They combine strong local market knowledge with a global platform, advising major industry players across the full energy lifecycle. The team are highly regarded for work within oil & gas, and also advise clients as they diversify into renewables, hydrogen and battery storage.

The work will be centred around complex, high-value transactional and projects work for top-tier clients in the oil & gas sector. You will act on upstream and downstream activities including M&A, project work, supply-chain mandages, LNG and LPG transactions as well as decommissioning and financings.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales or common law qualified lawyers with 4-6 years PQE. A background in corporate M&A or oil & gas transactional/projects work is essential.
