Project Finance Senior Associate

Wadkins Associates are partnering with an innovative international law firm to assist their search for a Project Finance Senior Associate in London.

The firm are a forward-thinking global practice with a long track record for advising businesses at the forefront of technology. Distinct from the typical Magic Circle firms and large US firm environments, they combine deep expertise with a pragmatic culture. They have strength within the energy transition market, including solar, battery projects and EV infrastructure.

The role will be centred on leading project finance transactions across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. You will act for sponsors, lenders and developers on financing structures on a wide variety of deals. This is hands-on, relationship-led role that requires running your own deals and developing business within a specialist, expanding group.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers, 6 PQE+ and experience within renewables and project finance is required.
