Mid-Senior Energy Project Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a global law firm to assist in their search for a Mid-Senior Energy Project Finance Associate in New York.

The firm handles some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated energy projects, advising sponsors, developers, investors, lenders, and utilities across conventional and renewable energy sectors.

The work involves advising on all stages of energy project transactions, from initial structuring and development through to financing arrangements. You will prepare transaction documents such as purchase agreements, investment arrangements and loan facilities, as well as project-specific instruments including offtake and interconnection agreements. You will manage due diligence processes, liaise with clients directly, and develop a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting requirements relevant to energy infrastructure.
