Senior Project Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are currently partnering with a prestigious, globally recognised international law firm to support their search for a Senior Project Finance Associate based in London.

The firm are widely regarded for their strength in advising on high-value, cross-border transactions with a particularly strong footprint across emerging markets. Their client base includes major financial institutions, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors and multinational corporates. They are known for their collaborate culture, and their international integration across offices.

You will be involved in a broad range of sophisticated project finance matters. You will cover energy and infrastructure developments spanning regions such as Africa, the Middle East and Asia. You will advise on the structuring, negotiation and execution of these financing arrangements, often in the context of DFI-backed or emerging market transactions.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 4.5-6 years PQE with a background in project finance within leading UK or international law firms. Exposure to emerging markets and/or DFI-backed transactions is ideal.
