Wadkins Associates are partnering with a leading international law firm to support their search for a Senior Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their highly regarded Infrastructure, Energy and Construction practice in London.

The firm is recognised as one of the leading global practices in projects, energy and infrastructure, advising sponsors, developers, contractors, lenders and governments on some of the most significant projects across the UK and internationally.

The Role

You will advise on the front-end structuring and documentation of major infrastructure and energy projects, working closely with leading partners across the firm’s global projects platform.

The work will involve advising on complex construction documentation across a range of sectors including:

• Energy transition and renewables
• Infrastructure and transport
• Major development and regeneration projects
• Power and energy infrastructure

You will regularly advise on:

• EPC and EPCM contracts
• D&C and construct-only contracts
• Consultancy and professional appointments
• Framework agreements and procurement structures
• Project documentation linked to major infrastructure developments

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 5+ years PQE with strong experience in non-contentious construction and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising on construction documentation for major infrastructure, development or energy projects within a leading international or top-tier UK firm.
