Banking & Finance Lawyer

Wadkins Associates are working with an exceptional US law firm to assist their search for a Banking & Finance Lawyer in Paris.

Our client is one of the world’s top international law firms, and are highly regarded within the financial industry. You will work with a collaborative team alongside a group of reputable partners.

The work will include both domestic and cross-border financings and restructurings. You will specifically focus on leveraged finance and LBO transactions. The work will be evenly split between and on behalf of lenders and sponsors. Transactions will be in both English and French law.

We are looking to speak with French qualified lawyers with a PQE between 3 – 6 PQE. Experience within leveraged finance/LBO transactions from a market leading firm is required.
