Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a renowned international law firm to assist their search for a Junior Structured Finance Lawyer in London.

The firm are known for advising leading corporations, government bodies and corporations on some of the most innovative finance transactions worldwide. They have a robust international presence and a commitment to professional excellence.

You will work in the firm’s market-leading capital markets practice, focussing on structured finance deals. You will cover high-profile transactions across multiple asset classes which will include securitisation, derivatives and innovative financing structures. This is an excellent opportunity to develop deep expertise within structured finance alongside industry experts.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 0-3 years PQE. A background in structured finance or capital markets is required.
