Mid-Senior Leveraged Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm to support the hire of a Mid-Senior Leveraged Finance Associate based in London.

The organisation is widely recognised for their strength in complex finance transactions. They have a collaborative culture and deep market knowledge that results in a consistent deal flow across the UK and European market. They are growing due to sustained client demand and their active transaction pipeline.

The successful hire will focus on leveraged and acquisition finance matters, advising across a broad range of private equity-backed and lender-side transactions. You will all advise on every aspect of financing transactions from origination, negotiation and documentation to closing. You will work closely with private equity stakeholders, credit funds, direct lenders and banking institutions.

We are keen to speak with England & Wales and common law qualified lawyers with 3+ years post-qualification experience. A background in leveraged finance is required.
