Mid to Senior Corporate Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are assisting a market-leading firm with their search for a Mid to Senior Corporate Finance Associate in New York City.

The firm is widely regarded for its exceptional legal expertise, particularly in high-value and complex finance transactions. They represent a diverse range of clients including lenders and borrowers.

The role will focus on private credit and syndicated debt finance, including private equity acquisition finance. You will also engage in liability management and special situations finance.
