Structured Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are working with a top international law firm to assist their search for a Structured Finance Lawyer for their New York office.

The firm deliver high quality legal advice to their global client base and provide a wealth of opportunities for career development to their friendly, inclusive team.

The work will be focussed on structured finance deals. You will represent a range of their reputable clients such as sponsors, issuers, banks and financial investors. You will work on deals such as ABS, RMBS, warehouse facilities and master repurchase facilities.

We are looking to speak with New York or commonwealth qualified lawyers with a PQE between 2 and 3 years. A background in structured finance is required.
