Senior Legal Counsel

Wadkins Associates are assisting a prestigious global aircraft leasing company with their search for a Senior Legal Counsel in Miami.

The company is a leading player within the aviation leasing and financing sector. They have a strong international presence and a reputation for excellence in delivering tailored solutions to their clients worldwide.

The work will centre around managing, negotiating and documenting leasing, trading and financing transactions from inception to execution. You will also be a key aspect in managing the transaction deal team and supporting cross-departmental activities.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales, U.S. or common law qualified lawyers with a minimum of 7 years PQE. The ideal candidate will have as strong background within aviation leasing and financing at a top aviation firm or an established aircraft leasing company.
