Leveraged Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are assisting a prestigious global law firm with their search for a Mid-Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer in London.

The firm are a highly respected international law firm, known for their legal expertise and commercial acumen. They advise major financial institutions, private equity firms and asset managers on a variety of transactions. Their finance practice is a leader in the field, consistently earning top rankings and industry accolades.

The work will centre on advising their clients on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions. You will also cover the likes of private equity-backed buyouts, corporate mergers and acquisitions, private credit, recapitalisations and refinancings. You will work with lenders, issuers, financial sponsors and borrowers across the full capital structure.

We are looking to chat with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 4-8 years PQE. A strong background in leveraged finance is required.
