Managing Fund Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are collaborating with leading global law firm to assist their search for a Managing Fund Finance Associate within London.

The firm have been recognised for their strong fund finance practice in the Legal 500. They act for a high-profile client base, which includes the likes of corporates, banks and governments. They place special emphasis on professional growth and personal well-being, making it an ideal place to work.

You will work on fund finance transactions, including hybrid structures, co-invest arrangements and general partner and management fee facilities. You will advise both lenders and sponsors/borrowers, as well as handling fund structures and partnership documents.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 5+ PQE. A background in drafting, structuring and negotiating fund finance transactions is required.
