Asset Finance Associate

Are you a talented 4 + PQE Banking & Finance Associate looking to be part of a top tier private practice? Wadkins Associates are in collaboration with a long-standing client delivering an opportunity to join their Paris team.

We have successfully placed candidates within this firm and can confirm that the team place a great emphasis on delivering a friendly and collaborative work culture. The role would involve market leading asset finance (aviation, shipping and rail) and broader banking and finance transactions. The team acts for airlines, export credit agencies, leasing companies, banks and lessors while handling wider structured finance and more general cross border transactions in corporate lending and acquisition finance advising on both English and French law.

You must be 4 + PQE, French qualified (common law qualified lawyers would also be considered) with banking & finance experience.
