Legal Counsel – Banking and Finance

Wadkins Associates are working with a top international trading house to assist in their search for a Banking & Finance Lawyer in Singapore.

The firm is a long-standing and highly reputable global trading house.

The work will be centred around providing legal support for various facets, including banking and finance transactions for the treasury department, including bilateral loan reviews and revolving credit facilities. You will also support their global markets department which focuses on trade financial products including FX, Bonds and crypto. In addition, you will collaborate on projects related to ESG matters.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales or common law qualified lawyers with a minimum of 6 years PQE gained within international law firms, in-house teams of commodities trading houses or investment banks. You should have a solid international banking and finance background.
