Wadkins Associates are collaborating with an established international law firm to assist in their search for a Corporate Associate in London.

The firm advises companies and investors on strategically significant transactions within the energy sector, combining international reach with strong sector expertise.

The work will be centred around acquisitions, disposals and investments, together with corporate structuring and commercial partnerships. You will play an active role in progressing transactions and advising clients on the commercial considerations underpinning their objectives.

We are looking to speak with lawyers with 3 – 5 years’ PQE, or equivalent experience, ideally with a background in corporate transactions within the energy sector. Strong technical ability, precise drafting skills, and a sound academic record are required, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
