Senior Associate

Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a leading international law firm to assist in their search for a Senior Investment Funds Associate / Counsel in Singapore.

The firm boasts a market-leading funds practice with a strong presence across key financial centres, advising sponsors, fund managers, institutional investors, and other market participants on complex cross-border matters.

The work will be centred around advising on a broad range of investment funds matters, including fund structuring, formation, and ongoing operations, while working with a sophisticated client base across multiple jurisdictions.
