Senior Legal Counsel (Shipping)

We are presently assisting a long-standing international client with their search for a Dry Shipping Lawyer to join a small but well established in-house legal function in Copenhagen.

The successful candidate would be responsible for managing a variety of dry shipping matters including charterparty, COA, bill of lading disputes, cargo and other FDD claims, and will support and advise business units across multiple jurisdictions.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with at least 4 years of dry shipping experience either gained within a well-regarded Dry Shipping practice or a similar role with a shipowner/operator or P&I club. This role would particularly be an excellent first in-house move.
