Project Finance Associate

Wadkins Associates are working with a leading global law firm to assist their search for a Mid to Senior-Level Project Finance Associate in London.

The firm have a strong track record of delivering quality service to major corporations and financial institutions across a range of sectors. They are particularly noted for their strength in energy and infrastructure and boast a reputable team of legal experts.

The work will centre on advising on and managing large-scale, complex project finance matters. This will include working across the likes of energy, construction and infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, negotiating high-value contracts and liaising closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of multi-jurisdictional projects.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with 3+ years PQE. A background in major projects, infrastructure or construction law is desired, particularly in the context of project finance.
