The practice counsels on a variety of shipping contract issues including unsafe port claims, demurrage claims and cargo and shipbuilding disputes. The successful candidate will be willing to fully involve themselves in our clients thriving Newcastle practice and will work across its full offering. Importantly, it is not a prerequisite for the chosen candidate to already be a shipping lawyer, but there must be a desire to pursue it.
The ideal candidate will be an England and Wales associate up with up to 3 years’ post qualification experience an enthusiasm and drive to excel in Newcastle.
