The role is litigation focussed, working with major Chinese shipowners and commodities houses. The work is broad in nature, covering both dry contractual disputes and casualty incidents. They are keen to hire an England & Wales or Hong Kong qualified lawyer for this position and they are happy to support the candidate to relocate if required.
