Wadkins Associates are assisting a top tier US law firm with their search for a Mid to Senior level Banking and Finance Lawyer in London.
The firm are highly respected in the Legal 500 for their work within finance. They have a strong client base and are keen to expand their team with an exceptional mid to senior lawyer. Although they are a top tier US firm, they stand out to other leading US practices as they have no billable hour targets.
The work ill revolve primarily around infrastructure, leveraged and acquisition finance and will involve acting for market-leading sponsors and lenders on cross-border transactions. You will work across a variety of sectors, such as transport, telecoms, and energy.
