Wadkins Associates are currently helping a leading US firm with their search for a Mid to Senior Finance Lawyer. We have a reputation for working closely with this team, and will be able to assist you directly with your application process.
The firm are recognised in the Legal 500 for their work within the finance sector. They boast a very capable team, and well-regarded partners. They advise some of the best public and private clients within the market, and also represent private equity sponsors and lenders in cross border financings on a global scale.
This is a broad finance role and you will work on a broad spectrum of transactions. This will include acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance, asset finance, fund finance and high-yield and structured financings.

The client are seeking an England & Wales or common law qualified lawyer with a PQE between 4 and 10 years. A background in finance is desired.
