VACANCY DESCRIPTION
Wadkins Associates are assisting a global aviation company in their search for in-house Legal Counsel to join their London team.
You will be joining an international aviation company, working with Directors and Senior Counsel to support the company in all areas of aircraft leasing and financing, such as drafting and negotiating leases, return conditions and compliance advice and providing counsel on lease disputes.
The team is small and close knit, working together effectively to provide pragmatic advice and high-level service to reduce risk to the business. You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and work to develop the strategic and long-term goals of the team.

Our client is looking for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4-10 years PQE and a background in aviation finance.
