We are currently working with a top US practice who are keen to add a talented Junior to Mid-Level Asset Finance Lawyer to their team in London. We have successfully placed candidates with the firm and have built up a good relationship over the past few years. They are one of the most collaborative and dynamic teams in the market doing great quality work and just generally a lovely environment to work in. They work hard but it's without the crazy hours stereotypically involved.
They are looking for a lawyer predominantly to work cross border aviation financing and leasing structures, advising banks, financial institutions, leasing companies. You can expect to handle acquisitions and sales, leasing agreements and arrangements, as well as commercial aspects of aircraft, and fleet management.
