Wadkins Associates are assisting an international firm in their search for an Asset Finance lawyer to join their London team.
You will be working on ship finance transactions, with an opportunity to undertake work on wider offshore finance deals. The London team work closely with the firms’ international offices, undertaking cross border transactional work for their global clientele. The deals are both on the borrower and lender side, working with insurance companies, financial institutions, funds, equity investors and ship owners. The team are supportive and friendly, prioritising associate development within the firm.
