Wadkins Associates are working with an established market leading firm, assisting in their search for an asset finance associate to join their London team.
You will be joining the firm’s asset finance team, covering aviation, rail and shipping finance with an opportunity to work on broad high quality asset transactions. The work includes syndicate loans, aircraft and ship sale and purchase, leases, and portfolio transactions. You will be joining an elite team, headed by market leading partners who are established in the aviation industry. The team are supportive and flexible, offering hybrid working options.
The firm has a global outlook with a range of international clients and offices, you will be working closely with the firms network of offices across the world on transactions. Clients include lenders, lessees, sponsors, export credit agencies, airlines and leasing companies, who you will be advising on cross boarder and structured finance transactions. The firm provide excellent training and plenty of career development opportunities, including secondment, close client contact and intercompany transfers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad asset finance practice, or to develop their expertise within a specific industry.

Our client is looking for an England and Wales or Common law qualified lawyer with a background in asset finance who are looking to specialise. Junior to Senior profiles are considered.
