Wadkins Associates are supporting a top tier US firm in their search for a banking and finance associate to join their London team.
You will be joining the structured finance team, working alongside recognised market leaders in this focused and dedicated group. The team has a wealth of experience in the sector and you will be assisting on a range of cross-border international deals. You will receive excellent training and benefit from the firms focus on associate development and career growth.
The team works internationally across the energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors. The financial structures worked on are complex which is why the said firm has developed a reputation for their high-quality transactional work. The work includes structured finance, securitisation, capital markets and derivatives deals, also offering the opportunity to work on broader financial aspects in the industry.

Our client is looking for a junior associate with a background in banking & finance law, ideally with structured finance experience. They are open to candidates who are NQ – 3 years PQE.
