The ideal candidate will be capable in independently managing claims files and member relationships autonomously in addition to being able to prepare club circulars. Moreover, the ability to work across the Club and therefore be able to effectively and skilfully liaise with underwriters, department managers and directors is highly desired. Crucially, the successful candidate will be comfortable in handling P&I Defence claims, reviewing contracts and working with the reinsurance team.
The successful candidate will be an England and Wales qualified solicitor with shipping law experience looking to work in a growing and highly successful P&I Club. Additionally, there is the potential of relatively fast career progression.
