Our client, a highly regarded lessor, headquartered in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and ambitious finance solicitor to provide expert counsel and advice to the firm’s executives. The ideal candidate will be capable in handling and managing a broad array of transactional agreements covering lease contracts, restructurings and maintenance. Additionally, the position involves litigation and disputes where the successful candidate will manage and coordinate with outside counsel.
