This offers the opportunity for the successful individual to gain international exposure with direct client involvement at an early stage. You will ideally be due to qualify in March or will have up to 2 years of Post-qualification experience.

You will oversee and coordinate the casualty and major claims project teams of our client. You will support, guide and manage the teams of claims directors, claims managers and claims executives who will be working on said processes.

Given the importance of this position, you will be common law qualified with at least 6 years of wet shipping experience. In addition, you will ideally have managed teams, processes and ran casualty projects independently. Do note that this role could require you to travel to casualties.

A boutique private practice, specialising in shipping law, located in Paris is looking to expand their practice in France with the addition of a mid to senior associate. We are working with the Managing Partner to find the best fit for the firm and advise you throughout the interview process.
You will be joining a small but close-knit team. The partners are well-regarded and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of contentious wet and dry shipping. You will have the freedom and flexibility to work on either depending on your client base.
