VACANCY DESCRIPTION
Wadkins Associates are working with a prestigious US firm, assisting in their search for a banking and finance lawyer to join their Paris team.
This is a small, close-knit team headed by market leading partners, working on high quality transactions. You will be working closely with the firms’ global offices on a variety of cross boarder international deals. The work specialises in project and asset financings, plus export credit finance transactions which includes, secured and unsecured syndicated lending, PPP’s and other large asset financings. You will be advising sponsors, lessors, lenders, funds and other financial institutions across a variety of sectors.

Our client is looking for an English or French qualified banking and finance lawyer, between NQ to 3 years PQE and the ability to work in both French and English is desired.
