Wadkins Associates are currently assisting an international law firm with their search for a Junior to Mid-Level Commodities Lawyer in Singapore. We have previously placed associates into this highly regarded team and are in a suitable position to guide you through your application process.
The firm are known for their impressive global client base and are recognised in the Legal 500 for all things shipping and trade. They are currently looking to expand their team in Singapore and add a junior-mid lawyer to their disputes focused practice.
The work will be focussed primarily on disputes within the commodities market, working with global commodities houses and energy majors within a commercial and dynamic environment. In addition to working on top quality commodities disputes, you will also be able to get involved with non-contentious advisory work, along with trade finance transactions. This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to broaden their skillset whilst developing a true sector focus.
After discussing the role with the partners, we have collated some key advantages of joining their growing team:
They are seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer with a PQE between 2 and 4 years. They are willing to speak to lawyers with a background in dry shipping, commodities disputes, or trade finance. An openness to working a diverse caseload is essential for this role.
