Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a highly regarded firm in aid of their search for a Mid Level to Senior Project Development Lawyer in Singapore. We have placed within this team in the past, and therefore are in an advantageous position to provide you with support on your potential transition.
They are widely recognised in the space for their sophisticated work within project development and project finance and are searching for a quality Project Development Solicitor to join their team. The work will focus within the Energy & Infrastructure sector, with specific emphasis on the documentation side of project work. You will be exposed to the likes of conventional power, renewables, EPCs, PPAs and offtake agreements. There will be some project finance work in addition to this, however most of your workload will focus within project development.
