Wadkins Associates are working with an outstanding international firm with a highly recognised energy team to help them to find a Junior M&A Associate in Singapore. The firm are regarded highly in the space for their dedication to the energy sector, having expanded across the APAC region to meet industry needs. They are an established firm with expertise across projects and M&A, led by expert partners in their fields.
The work will focus on a breadth of cross-border M&A deals across a range of sectors. This role is suitable for a junior M&A solicitor who is keen to work on elite, industry leading deals and develop their skills.

The client are seeking a junior lawyer with a PQE between 1-3 PQE. Both England & Wales and Singaporean qualified lawyers will be considered for this role. Energy experience or VC experience would be useful. Chinese language fluency would be an advantage.
