Senior Claims Executive

Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a well-established International Group P&I Club to assist in their search for a Senior Claims Executive (FD&D & P&I) in Hong Kong.

The Club is a highly respected marine insurance provider with a long-standing reputation in the maritime industry.

The role will involve handling a variety of complex cases involving bulk carriers, general cargo vessels, and contractual disputes. The primary focus will be on handling Freight, Demurrage, and Defence (FD&D) claims. You will also have the opportunity to work on Protection and Indemnity (P&I) cases.  The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with hands on experience working on behalf of shipowners and their dry shipping related disputes.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales, Hong Kong, Singapore, or PRC-qualified lawyers with 4-8 years of experience within the maritime industry.
