Mid Project Associate

Wadkins Associates are collaborating with a prestigious international law firm to assist in their search for a Mid-level to Senior Energy Associate in Singapore.

The firm is recognised as a top-tier global practice with a renowned energy and infrastructure sector focus.

In this role, you will spearhead financing arrangements for major energy and infrastructure projects. Your work will span a diverse portfolio, ranging from renewables to oil & gas, where you will be collaborating with a range of clients including lenders, international financial institutions, project developers, and sponsors.

We are looking to speak with 4-7 years PQE lawyers who are common law qualified and with a background in project financing within the energy and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in drafting and reviewing financing documentation for large-scale project financings. Familiarity with development banks and ECAs is advantageous.
