Asset Finance Junior

Wadkins Associates are working on an unique opportunity with a top tier offshore firm to assist their search for a Junior to Mid Banking & Finance Lawyer in London.

The firm are a renowned offshore firm and are going through a significant growth spell in their London office. They are prominent in advising on a variety of banking and finance transactions which compromise of complex cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financings.

The work will focus primarily on asset finance transactions. You will advise on aviation finance and ship financings with some rolling stock deals, advising airlines, lessors and ECAs. You will also focus on other structured finance transactions, as well as corporate M&A, and fund support work.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales and/or Irish qualified lawyers with 0-4 years PQE, ideally with a background in banking & finance law and specifically asset finance.
