We are currently assisting an elite US firm with their search for a Project Development Lawyer for their Singapore office.
The role is focused on project development across the full spectrum of the energy industry, including oil & gas, power, and hydrogen.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have top academics and come from an elite US firm or a Magic Circle firm with a PQE of 3-5 years. A background in commercial contracts, such as offtake agreements and power purchase agreements, is essential. M&A experience is desirable.
