Talent Development Manager (Project Finance)

Wadkins Associates are working with a prestigious law firm to assist their search for an Associate Development Manager based in their London office.

The work will primarily focus on supporting the Project Finance practice with opportunities to contribute to other areas as well if required. You will work directly with partners, associates and trainees and play a crucial part in enhancing their professional and personal development.  You will be responsible for allocating resources to new and ongoing matters, ensuring balanced workload and developmental opportunities.

We are looking to speak with individuals with a minimum of five years of experience as a practicing lawyer, ideally with a background in Project Finance or other Finance work.
