Associate – asset finance – Sid

Wadkins Associates are working with an elite US law firm to assist their search for a talented Junior Asset Finance Lawyer in London.

The work will specifically focus on the full deal cycle of aviation. You will provide advice across aviation financings, leasing and purchasing. You will work with a range of clients including financiers, airlines, funds and lessors. In addition to this, you will be able to work on broader capital markets and debt capital market transactions.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with a PQE between 0 and 1 years. A background in banking and finance is required, with a preference for those with experience in asset/aviation finance.
