Wadkins Associates are working with an esteemed global law firm to assist their search for a Director of Learning & Development (EMEA) to join their team in London.  

Our client is a leading force in the global legal landscape, with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States. They provide comprehensive counsel to a varied clientele, ranging from reputable corporations to emerging businesses.  

As the Director of Learning & Development (EMEA), you will spearhead the oversight of L&D programs for lawyers and staff in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. This pivotal role involves contributing to the continuous development, delivery, and evaluation of global and local curricula, aligning with firm-wide and EMEA strategic goals. As a coach and mentor, you will provide guidance to HR and colleagues, ensuring a seamless orientation and integration process for new lateral partners, counsel, and senior staff joiners.
